• If your location is not serviceable or falls outside our delivery zones, you will be notified at the checkout process.

• Estimated Delivery Time: After dispatch, deliveries within Mumbai and nearby areas usually take 2-3 business days, while deliveries to other parts of India may take 4-7 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Orders Below ₹200: A flat shipping fee of ₹65 will be applied to orders below ₹200.
• Orders Above ₹200: Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹200.
• Any additional charges for express or expedited shipping will be displayed during checkout (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and the name of the courier partner.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.

9. Undeliverable Packages

• In the rare event that your package is deemed undeliverable by the courier service (due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, etc.), the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the correct address or issue a refund minus the shipping costs.
