1. Order Cancellation
1.1. Before Shipment:

- If the cancellation request is made within the stipulated time and the order has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
1.2. After Shipment:
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, you can still initiate a return as per our Refund Policy below if the product is damaged or defective.
2. Return and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, or you may receive an incorrect or damaged item. If this happens, we offer a simple return and refund process.
2.1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.

2.2. Return Process:
- Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for the product to be collected from your location or provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
2.3. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. In other cases, return shipping charges may apply.
3. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable food items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
- Products that are returned without their original packaging or products that have been tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.
- We do not accept returns for products that are damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
4. Refunds for Bulk or Wholesale Orders
- For bulk or wholesale orders, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations and refunds for bulk orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the order and the agreement made at the time of purchase.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
